End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Is It Safe mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.

This EULA is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Chemli Tech Ltd ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our").

2. Application Description

Is It Safe is a mobile application designed to help users identify potentially harmful chemicals and allergens in consumer products by scanning product labels and ingredients. The App provides safety information based on your personal allergy profile and general safety guidelines.

3. License Grant

3.1 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Chemli Tech Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on compatible devices you own or control
• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Access and use the features and services provided within the App

3.2 License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Create derivative works based on the App
• Use the App for commercial purposes without written permission
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

5. Data Accuracy and Limitations

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information:

• Product information may not always be current or complete
• Ingredient formulations may change without notice
• We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of scanning results
• Users must always verify ingredient information from original sources
• Database information may contain errors or omissions

6. User Responsibilities

As a user of Is It Safe, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your allergy profile
• Keep your allergy information up to date
• Use the App in accordance with this EULA and applicable laws
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Report any security vulnerabilities to us immediately

7. Subscription and Payments

7.1 Free and Premium Features

Is It Safe offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features require an active subscription.

7.2 Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are charged through your app store account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Cancellation must be done through your app store settings
• Refunds are subject to app store policies
• Prices may change with advance notice

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and all related content, including but not limited to software, images, text, graphics, logos, and database content, are owned by Chemli Tech Ltd or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

• All trademarks, service marks, and logos are proprietary to Chemli Tech Ltd
• You may not use our intellectual property without express written permission
• User-generated content may be used by us to improve our services

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this EULA by reference.

By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
• WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED
• WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE APP
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR MEDICAL DECISIONS MADE BASED ON APP INFORMATION

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Chemli Tech Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of this EULA
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Medical decisions made based on App information

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may terminate this EULA at any time by uninstalling the App and ceasing all use.

12.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately for:

• Violation of this EULA
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• At our sole discretion with reasonable notice

13. Updates and Modifications

We may update the App and this EULA from time to time. Updates may include bug fixes, new features, or security improvements. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
